When initiating a return, please contact us prior to sending merchandise. We will provide you with a return number that will be used as a reference device throughout the transaction. This will ensure the smooth and expedient processing of your return.

 

 

Terms, Conditions & Policies

 

We want to ensure that as our client, you have complete confidence in your transactions with us. Therefore, we have implemented the following processes and disclaimers to augment our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

How To Place an Order
To place an order, simply click on the “add to shopping cart” button located in the upper right section on the page of the product you desire. Once you've completed your shopping, click on "check out" and follow the on-screen directions. We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover. By law, we will automatically apply sales taxes where applicable.

Secure Transactions
All online transactions through Ridgeland Outfitters are placed via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol for maximum information protection. This SSL is secured by Authorize.net, one of the most recognized and trusted names in online transaction management and protection.

Offline Transactions
Ridgeland Outfitters also accepts orders offline, either by phone, fax, email or snail mail. We accept credit cards as well as money orders and personal checks. Please note that personal checks and money orders must be cleared by our bank before we can process your order. This may take up to 2 business weeks to complete. Returned/NSF checks are subject to a $20.00 processing fee. We are required to automatically add sales tax where applicable.

Operating Hours and Contact Information
Our site is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. Fax and email lines are also available around-the-clock. Please note that any emails and/or faxes received outside operating hours will be handled the following business day. Order Processing and Shipment Time
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and holidays.
Out-of-Stock Items
Stock availability status is updated for each item on a regular basis. While we make every attempt to ensure that items are continuously available, we do encounter out-of-stock situations from time to time. We regret that we are not able to back-order any item currently out of stock. Wherever possible, we will attempt to provide an comparible alternative product. However, if you would like to be notified when a particular item becomes available, simply contact us with the item number and your email address.

Ridgeland Outfitters, Inc., it’s employees, affiliates, partners and retail outlets (such as this web site) do not warrant that a person may legally purchase, possess or carry any specific item offered through said retail outlets according to federal, state or local laws. As a retailer, Ridgeland Outfitters does not grant the legal right or authorize the purchase or possession of items that may be regulated in your state or municipality. These items include, but are not limited to, machetes, replica or blank firing guns, slingshots, air guns, bows, crossbows, knives, swords, electronic stun guns, chemical or personal defense sprays (tear gas), or other restricted/prohibited items. Information Collection and Use
Ridgeland Outfitters is the sole owner of the information collected either on this site or through affiliated means, such as electronic mail, faxes, written correspendence and any/all similar vehicles. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Ridgeladn Outfitters, Inc. does reserve the right to use this information to directly correspond with those individuals who have provided said information for any/all purposes related to conducting business. Ridgeland Outfitters collects information from our clients at several different points on our website.

Order
We request information from our clients on our forms. Here, clients must provide contact information (such as name, address, etc.) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date, etc.). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill clients orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the client.

Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on our client’s hard drive containing information about him/her. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once clients close their browser, the cookie simply terminates. If a client rejects the cookie, they may still use our site. However, they may be limited in some areas of our site if cookies are rejected. For example, clients may not be able to shop, leave the site, then return and still find their items in the shopping cart. Without cookies, the site cannot track and maintain what has been placed in the cart. In this situation, once the client leaves, the shopping cart is automatically emptied.
